How far in advance should we book?We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance to secure your date, especially during peak wedding season. However, feel free to reach out—we occasionally have last-minute openings.

What’s included in a wedding package?Each package includes a set number of hours, edited photos and/or cinematic videos, premium edits, an online gallery, and options like Polaroids, sneak peeks, albums, and reels—depending on your package tier.

Do you offer both photo and video for weddings?Yes! We offer photo-only, video-only, and combined coverage. You can book either service individually or as a full package for a seamless, consistent look.

Do you charge extra for travel?Travel is included for most weddings within South Florida. Events outside our local range may incur additional travel fees, which we'll discuss before booking.

How many images or videos will we receive?Each package lists an estimated photo or video count, but we often deliver more than the minimum. We focus on quality, storytelling, and capturing all the meaningful moments of your day.

Do you offer albums?Yes! Our higher-tier packages include beautifully designed 8×8 or 10×10 wedding albums. Additional albums or sizes are available as add-ons.

Do you include family interviews?Pre-event family interviews are included in our highest-tier video package. They’re optional and can be added to other packages if you'd like that storytelling touch.

Do you include a highlight video and a full film?Yes. All video packages include a short 2+ minute cinematic highlight and a longer 20+ minute recap film that captures the full celebration—from entrances to dancing and speeches.

What style is the full movie?The full movie is home movie documentary style that captures your day exactly as it unfolded!

When should we book you for a quince or sweet 16?We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance to secure your date. These events are often planned far ahead, so the earlier the better.

What types of corporate or community events do you cover?We cover everything from conferences, workshops, and company parties to nonprofit fundraisers, networking events, public panels, and local community celebrations.

Are the packages customizable?Yes! All packages are customizable. You can adjust coverage hours, swap deliverables, or combine photo and video to fit your exact needs. Just reach out and we’ll build the right setup for your event.

What is the difference between a Corporate and Communtiy Event?What’s the difference between a corporate and a community event? Corporate events are business-related—like conferences, launches, or company parties. Community events are public or cause-based—like fundraisers, festivals, or local celebrations. We cover both with tailored photo and video coverage.

What are "usage rights"Usage rights define how you're allowed to use the content we deliver. By default, Memento Media retains full ownership of all photos and videos but once full payment is received, you're granted a license to use the final content in specific ways. There are different levels of usage rights: Standard or Extended Usage Rights (included in most packages): Allows you to share your content on social media, websites, print materials, and even small-scale ads. Full Commercial Rights: Lets you use your content in paid advertising, product packaging, or large-scale distribution. Exclusive Rights (available as an add-on): Gives you sole rights to the content—meaning we won’t use it in our portfolio or share it publicly. Not every project needs exclusive or commercial rights, but they’re available if needed.

Do you film interviews or testimonials?Yes. Our video packages include the option for short team interviews, attendee testimonials, or voiceover-style clips to strengthen your event’s narrative.

Do you offer headshots at the event?Yes. Our Elite photography package includes a headshot station with lighting and backdrop. This is a great way to refresh your team’s portraits during the event day.

Can you provide branded content like logos or overlays?Yes—our Pro and Elite packages include branded graphics integration. We can add your logo, event titles, or colors to selected images or video deliverables.
